Help To Shape An Innovative Nutrition Program

Do you work in the community, public health or health promotion setting? Does your role involve program planning and or implementation? 

The Rainbow Food Education Foundation is exploring how we can work directly with Health Practitioners and Educators to train them to deliver the Rainbow Plate approach in their own settings, wherever that may be. We are on mission to connect with Registered Dietitians, Public Health Nurses and Educators in the field who could help us gain more insight into how we can share our approach with this audience. Your expertise and insight into the realities and challenges of program planning, development and facilitation in the community setting will be used to help Rainbow Plate programing grow across the province.
